This goes for folks with illegal/illicit funds to people with legal source of income. Same for poorly perfomed students to 'scholars' failing financially. 'Making big bag' is how some people make up for their failures on other life choices.

One way or the other, most humans will rub what they are successful at in the face of others. You just have to be decent enough to not be the perpetrator, and hope you are lucky enough to not be on the receiving end.
