Large(n=531) GBM data for fiber tracking at brain.labsolver.org/upenn_gbm.html 531 FIB files were processed from #UPennGBM's DICOM archive (eddy, ac-pc) for mapping eloquent pathways (figure), ready for tractography studies! t1wgd, t2flair, tumor contour, and demographics also available.
