Serious answer is government policies that allows fostering of animators, by bringing them financial stability and providing grants to animated projects (idk how long tho, the country is slowly drifting towards far right and culture clearly isnt a priority for this kind of govt)

I havent had time to watch anything lately but ive been watching (slowly) To Be Hero X and it's a nice surprise The premise that powers exist but they are imposed to you by other's impression of you, with every societal issue that it implies is rly interesting (also nice fights)
