Spent the afternoon provisionally planning time off/holidays next year. Manchester, York, Porto & Tenerife are all on the cards for us, and I cannot wait!

Combining my weekend off and work next week, I’m doing a mini tour of Scotland. Aberdeen > Dundee > Glasgow > Bellshill > Perth > Edinburgh > Aberdeen all before next Friday. I’m already tired thinking about it!

Solo meals are not the one, but this is infinitely better than a meal deal in the hotel room!

I’ve spent years trying to convince myself that I do well in my own company. Today proved that I very much do not! Getting into my own head a lot today has not been fun.

Due to a gum infection, being on antibiotics, unable to drink alcohol or eat ‘proper’ food because of the pain, Christmas lunch is a no go. I’m going to be spending the afternoon on my own. First time I’ve ever done this, but I suppose there are folk in much worse position.

I’d like to think that if the world went to shit (more than it is already), I’d want Clive Myrie to tell me everything will be okay - even if it won’t.
