Spent last Thursday-Sunday in Newport, Wales at the first residential block of my UEFA A licence. Coldest place on Earth but the warmest of welcome. Great to share ideas and challenge each other. Feeling vulnerable yet supported throughout. Can’t wait until the next one in April.
