Had Quinnley on my back for the 9/11 stair climb today. It’s a day to remember and honor those who lost their lives. It’s not much, but it’s the least I can do to even remotely get a glimpse of how that day was in NY.

Not sure what is crazier. The fact I was a senior in college 10 years ago or the fact little did I know that me playing fall ball at MU would end up meaning so much more to me now.

Sometimes detours are our biggest blessing in disguise. 15 years ago I tore my ACL my junior year of HS. At the time, my 16 year old self believed it was the end of the world. What I didn’t realize was how that hiccup shaped my journey to where I am today and who I am.

It’d be super cool if Garmin Fitness could make a feature “pushing my 33lb toddler in the running stroller” when I put I’m running for my workout
