Governor Wes Moore Vincent Schiraldi Youth services need REAL, TANGIBLE investment – something that's been sorely lacking in the past few years.

Funding for community programming & services for youth in custody was cut substantially.

Just locking kids up doesn't work – we need to invest in services that do!
