Earlier this month, 61 year old Charles Leo Daniel died while imprisoned at Northwest Detention Center. He had been held in solitary confinement for more than 3 years — the 2nd longest stretch in solitary confinement of any detained immigrant since 2018. seattletimes.com/seattle-news/l…
