The “skirts” remark was a careless comment. This was a measured and poignant response. Credit to Coop for addressing it well.

The organization shapes the fandom. It frames the narrative by using the media. The LeBatard Show has been an asset to propagandize. We failed the audience. I was a chief operative. I look back on my role w/ great shame. Luckily, my eyes have been opened, despite being disavowed

I took my cues from the top. Bought it hook, line & sinker. Did the organizations bidding while they presented challenge after challenge to the best coach in the sport. I woke up one day ashamed realizing I was part of the problem. But don’t worry, I will fix the Heat.
