Considering people used to make fun of me for my calves, I'm pretty happy with where they're at.

Tbh they didn't start growing until I started hiking.

My favorite sets are 8-10 reps to failure.

If I use 6 reps, I have to use a lot of weight.

If it’s more than 10 reps, the sets take too long, because I use slow tempo.

8-10 is just right.

Watching Jay Cutler bench was always interesting,

Because he touched the bar closer to his neck than his sternum.

Widely flared elbows.

I can't imagine an average human pulling this off continually without shoulder pain.

I'll eat up to 170g of protein per day.

A little under 1 gram per pound of body weight.

I'm NOT going to eat more.

Why?

Because I don't want to. And at 170g, I doubt that's the bottleneck of my muscle growth process.

I'd rather eat carbs and fats.

I've been eating high

I love the idea of hybrid training.

But it doesn't quit catch the essence of what I mean.

A “polymorphic” athlete, that's what I mean.

Polymorphic - “In programming language theory and type theory, polymorphism is the provision of a single interface to entities of different

Good question. I think I tried them once? I don't quite remember what they felt like.

I've tried almost every strap variation, but regular ole straps have always felt the best for me.

I'd recommend whatever feels best for you. Considering everyone has different hand

I don't know what it is about pens and lifting straps,

But sometimes they disappear out of existence.

Got a new pair coming in. Has skulls on it, that means PRs, ya?

Transforming your body requires a significant calorie shift—105,000 to be exact—to lose 30 pounds.

But who says you have to figure it out alone?

With personalized program design, guidance, and daily support, I make the complex simple.

Curious? Let's get together to see if

There are like 10 people on this app that as long as they are following me, I feel like I'm doing at least somewhat good work with my posts.

I don't need hundreds of likes, although that feels good. I just need 1 out of those 10 to say 'good work' every week or so. That's all I

Okay. Eggs do not have that much protein.

High protein is > 10 grams / 100 calories

And eggs have 7.8 grams / 100 calories.

That's a moderate protein source.

They’re still awesome though. A micronutrient bomb. Highly recommend.
