Concluding the school outreach for #EuropeDay2024 , we couldn't have chosen a better place than the Learning Center in Mitrovica South!

The spokesperson for EULEX Kosovo engaged in a great discussion with the students about the 🇪🇺 & its added value both globally & in #Kosovo 💙.

💙💛With #EuropeDay just around the corner, representatives of the EU in #Kosovo , EULEX Kosovo & EU Member States visited 12 schools in Kosovo and spoke about the importance of the EU.

Very glad to have hosted the UNMIK (UN Mission in Kosovo) SRSG Caroline Ziadeh at the new #EULEX HQ today, discussing areas of mutual interest in the rule of law domain, for the benefit of all communities in Kosovo.

Among many other topics, we discussed the worrisome trend of the increased number of retrials, and the need to further invest in strengthening the capacity of Victim Advocacy Offices to provide victims of gender-based violence with legal assistance. 2/2
