When the government says there were stopped by doing something by lawyers, it means they were stopped from doing something potentially unlawful - that's how the rule of law works.

it’s been exactly a year since i received this letter acknowledging that our grounds of appeal in #stansted15 case had been lodged. 52 weeks later (having been granted leave to appeal ~6 months ago) we still have no date for a hearing. the criminal justice system is broken.

its a year, almost to the minute, since i was convicted of a terror related offence for #stansted15 action. we shld never have been charged w/terrorism, let alone convicted. if tories get in, thisll become the norm, not an anomaly. we cant let that happen. theguardian.com/commentisfree/…
