The Award for Endeavour👤 Awarded to FS Brack We are so proud to present this award each year in memory of cadet Kiayl Naylor Carratt ❤️ "The Award for Endeavour is presented to the cadet that has tried hard and strived to achieve throughout this past year" Truly deserved.

We also had the pleasure in presenting an engraved tankard to Cadet Warrant Officer Ketley who leaves as a cadet after almost 6 years on the squadron, but we are incredibly pleased she now joins us as squadron staff.

Sadly, due to safety concerns, Emma took the call to abandon her row. Totally understandable due to the weather. We are so proud of her and what she has achieved - she truly is an inspiration to us.
