It's our culture. It's the nature of our provision. It's what inspires & leads us to change & improve. We set an example. Care Inspectorate you can improve on this!

If we do not have the document before the consultation then it is CI bigging up their agenda - this is not transparent or helpful. Listen to ur audience please.

There are already far too many challenges within our ELC, the biggest being we may be being heard but we are certainly not being listened too, when will this change?
