I’m one week away from my final submission for my CIPD L&D diploma. This has been one of the most engaging courses I’ve ever done!

The next three months will consist of job hunting.... I really want to work for a company that I buy into their ethos and culture. That is VERY important to me.

I’m a ‘why’ person. I have to understand the background, the reasoning, the context, the history before moving with a project or task.

This is a very wise and thoughtful thing to do

Zoom must be generating so much revenue. The whole world is using their platform!

So it’s getting to that time where I move back to the UK permanently! I’m anxious to say the least bit wonder what awaits me back in London.

Ah, we’re nearing the end of a very long year. But let’s take this time to be grateful for the things we do have and maintain hope that things will get better for us all soon x
