A very informative thread! For me with a decent server that comes with ssh, Wordmove is my all time favorite to pull everything to a Local site. If it's a small site or only FTP available, @UpdraftPlus is my go-to, just the free version is handy enough already

I was surprised when Travis Lopes proposed to build such an add-on that we hadn't seen in the GF ecosystem, which felt a great solution to issues like spams. Also, if you're on a Mac and use Mail, the OTP can be auto filled in your form.

It goes without saying, everyone's asking for SMS support. So there you go! It also has a seamless integration with the GF Twilio add-on, pretty neat.
