Never understood why in the morning everyone on a ward is trying to do everything at the same time. Ward rounds, breakfasts, lunch orders, physio, OT, drug rounds, bed changes and patient washing. It’s so inefficient. Need time slots for each activity. #TheDinosaurGrowls 🦖

I mean I know a hospital isn't the Ritz, but can we stop wondering why patients are dehydrated, but carry on giving them plain water WHEN THEY DONT LIKE WATER. The amount of patients I've ask if they like water and they don't is unreal. Give them something they will drink.
