As you grow older, life humbles you. You stop chasing the big things and start valuing the little things. Alone time, enough sleep, having a good diet, long walks, hot showers, meditation, and quality time with loved ones. Simplicity becomes the ultimate goal.

the hardest part about growing up is that the show must go on . you could be going through the roughest patches , the lowest of lows , the basement of rock bottom with no sign of light . you still have to show up , act your part and be good at it .

staying consistent on the hard days is what really counts.

Greatest lesson I've learned this year is you can't have one foot in your old life and one foot in your new life and expect change. You have to fully commit to the new life
