Iceland Trip 2025: Today we visited the Hveragerdi geothermal power station, the Hveragerdi geothermal park, the LAVA volcano and earthquake centre and the waterfalls at Seljalandsfoss. Students have learnt lots about Iceland’s geography and culture from our Icelandic tour guide

Iceland Trip 2025: Today our geographers studied the fluvial, coastal and glacial geography of Iceland in fabulous weather conditions. The highlight of the day was a glacier walk on the retreating Solheimajokull glacier.

Our U16 team, plus Emmie & Ellie (not pictured), went to Colne Valley yesterday for the WY football semi-final. Although the result did not go our way, with a 2-0 loss, what a fantastic achievement to get to the semi-finals. Everyone put in an absolute shift in baltic conditions
