Congratulations to our distance Rocks after a great Regional performance! Advancing to state: Will McGraw with a blazing 4:12 1600 for 2nd Isaac Frank with a massive PR 9:19 for 3rd in the 3200 Isaac, Will, Noah Clemens, and Liam Shaughnessy in the 4x8 after a 2nd place!

Liam added all-Region honors in the 1600, too! Special shout out to Will Smith on qualifying to state with a clutch final round in the shot put! The Rocks will compete on Friday (4x8), and Saturday (16, 32, shot put) at Jesse Owens Stadium #LetsgoRocks ☘️

A big congrats to our Coffman distance boys this weekend on their state track meet performances: The 4x800 team of Liam Shaughnessy, Noah Clemens, Isaac Frank, & Will McGraw finished in 12th place!

Isaac, as always, gave all he had and more finishing in 13th in the 3200. While it was Isaac's FIRST year running track, his determination and hard work have been on display for four years in XC, as he's improved from being over 20:00 in his first 5k to a 9:19 3200 runner!

And finally, Will came up huge in a crowded 1600 race, finishing with All-Ohio honors in 6th place!!🏅 Will's confidence and tenacity means that BIG things are coming this fall for his senior XC season!
