Another great day, this time we were joined by students from Lagny sue Marne as well. Not as many photos as it was very wet… but still a lovely day!!! PeleTrustCEO Pele Trust

A lovely ‘pooled supper’ for our French and Chinese students, with food supplied by our host families. Nights like this remind us that the community is all around us!! PeleTrustCEO Pele Trust

Congratulations Lucy Bronze MBE 👏👏👏

We are really pleased to share with you an animation of the work of the Creativity Collaborative we have been a part of over the last 3 years. vimeo.com/986319688/5dd6… Pele Trust

After going through the archive this morning we are glad to say that Lucy Bronze MBE and Laura Weightman did not peak in 2006…

Great to see so many Year 11s collecting results this morning!! So much to be proud of; well done to all!!!! Spaces still available for DCHS 6th Form & School Productions, get in touch! Pele Trust

It is a week since we returned and we have had a fantastic 5 days. - Year 7 have settled in well - Year 11 have retuned in full 'study mode' - New Sixth form students have adapted to the DCHS 6th way well Pele Trust

It was great to spend time during UK parliament week hosting a visit from our new MP David Smith MP 🌹 and the UK Parliament Education service. Sessions were held with A-level Politics classes, as well as assemblies with Year 11 and Sixth form. (Pele Trust)

It was the highlight of my week to visit both ShilbottlePrimary and DCHS Alnwick today with the Parliament Education Team to talk about how Parliament works and the importance of democratic politics. I was genuinely blown away by the quality of the questions - from 8-17 year olds!

Excited to be at the #necharityawards representing @BoostDCHS as we have been nominated for Best Small Charity 🍀🤞🏻 DCHS Alnwick Pele Trust

It has been incredible to host colleagues from across Pele Trust over the last two days here at DCHS. It is always a powerful process and has given us areas to focus on as we now move into a new improvement phase!
