The first time I participate in community calls, where we are encouraged to paint, scribble & draw! I'm blown away! Most of my life I was hiding my scribbles during class, lectures, meetings, cos I thought people think its rude. But it helps me focus! Try it & let me know!

Newest experiments, painting on wood. Feels different, a bit weird, still trying to figure it out, definitely not the same feeling than on squared paper, but let's see where it goes 🥰

Maybe one of the weirdest things I have done so far: Dragged a ca 40kg piece of cut tree stem out of the forest on a stroller 😅🤣 Yes, people even saw me. Yes, they understood why I did it. And yes, one of them helped me 🥰🤣

Imsects make my heart fill with joy and jump up a bit! I am not quite sure why, but they are tiny, cute, shiny & I just love to look at them. So I decided to incorporate them in my pauntings. Here the first three little bugs 🥰

Current play-activity while I paint. The aim is to not think, just feel try, listen to my intuition, no agenda, play, do what I like & what feels good. So far, I love the outcome! Can it be that simple? That painless? Can life be so easy-feeling?

Anybody else realizes that we will soon need even more humans, to teach other humans, how to be human? We should embrace technology, but not at the cost of forgetting who we are: souls in a body and creative, imaginative beings. Only humans can teach us how to be humans.

We are used to analyze, rationalize, explain & throw logic on all we do & experience. But when something feels off, it doesn't help. What helps is this: Sit with it. In silence. Give your body the option to physcially process the off-feeling. It will tell you what to do :)

What do I want to be? I usually had an idea, a plan, a goal. Not now. I want to surrender & see what comes up. Be my most human-self. Including mess-ups, fails, misstakes, mini-wins & all. Being human is one hell of an adventure & getting back to just be: a heck of a challenge.

Invisible things happen around us, all the time! Photosynthesis is one of the most fascinating processes that exists. It gives us the air we breathe. The plants & animals we eat. The nature that grounds us. Never underestimate the invisible. Be it nature, spirits or energies.
