(2) Devon county show Noah and PD Gus demonstrate that if the criminal stops running away from a pursuing Police dog the PD will not bite but will bark to alert his handler that he is preventing his escape. The criminal is not wearing safety equipment.

(3) Devon county show. Firearms officers and a dog handler PD Gus and Noah are sent to deal with armed criminals hiding in a tent. One of the criminals ends up legless.

(5) Scene 5 at the Devon County show a very angry drug fuelled hooligan gets frustrated trying to fold the tent and steal it. It needed 2 dogs PD Enzo and PD Bill to subdue him.

(6) Final scene at the Devon County show Police dog display demonstrated that if you try and steal the handbag of the ice cream seller you might get more than you bargained for with PD Merlin.

Puppy walkers Mike and Kim have kindly volunteered to look after TPD Reggie while his puppy walkers are on holiday. TPD Reggie is getting along famously with their Malinois Koda.

Kanji has been collected by Merseyside Police dogs to assess him for his suitability to be a future Police dog. I know Raymond will miss him and it was nice hearing from him yesterday thanking us for assessing him and advertising his availability.

What is it about Giant Schnauzer’s related to PD Albert. TPD Clive’s recall and retrieve are very responsive & quick as you will no doubt have seen on here. But returning to the van he has started playing hide & stay away from the van just like PD Albert used to do. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Ive always known the importance that a dog attaches to being with their owner or family. But I never appreciated just how important until watching how this crazy little man TPD Odi has calmly coped with long periods in his crate or on a lead just as long as I’m with him.

Yesterday I took TPD Odi to the scene of his horrific accident where he collided with this tree & broke his leg. No sign of recognition of the area from TPD Odi or any signs of PTSD displayed. His only interest was to cock his leg on the tree. I wish I could be so nonchalant 😂

I know I’m biased but whilst he may not move in the same way as other breeds, there is no denying his power and poise 🐶💪🙌

Chris. As long as he has time to bond with his handler it won’t be a problem because he is programmed to work. But whether he is able to work after his injury isn’t a given.

Rich. He is always on a short metal link lead so he can’t run anywhere and can’t bite the lead because it’s uncomfortable to bite. This will continue until his X-ray on Tuesday and an ongoing program after that.

5 month old TPD Reggie has enjoyed his week with Mike, Kim and their Mali Koda. He is besotted with Koda. When Mike takes Koda out for her exercise TPD Reggie waits at the door for Koda to return.

RPD Max comes home. Experienced puppy walkers Phil and Mel puppy walked RPD Max and attended his passing out parade in November 2023. Sadly his operational tracking hasn’t progressed & he has now been retired. Happily he is back with his puppy walkers Phil & Mel & TPD Lando
