Tobagonian John Procope has succeeded in his 4th attempt to swim from Tobago to Trinidad. Procope left Tobago's waters via Scarborough just before 10pm on Wednesday October 2nd and made it to Trinidad approximately 24 hours later, as planned, on Thursday.
