I have spent the last two weeks trying to get a package from B&H Photo Video that FedEx FedEx Help is going to ship back to the them AGAIN because they can't be bother to do their job. Deliver a damn package. Drivers going to wrong locations. Lying about attempted deliveries. #TRASH

And FedEx Help @Fedex customer service is TRASH. T-RASH. B&H Photo Video has been amazing!!!! Dude Mohammed had me all flustered by how helpful and kind he was. Gold star my guy!

Welp. Another day and it looks like FedEx FedEx Help has once again screwed me per their update of my packages. At this point I'm just in an absurdist play. There is no reason that something I purchased on the 10th is still not in my hands by the 27th.

Level of ineptitude that astounds me. 1 Let's drive to an address that is NOT the address 2 Let's try to deliver it at 9pm when address clearly has the name of my university on it. It's a business fool 3 Go to the wrong address and then try to ship my shit back FedEx Help FedEx

4 Hang up on me when I ask for additional help 5 Just be useless B&H Photo Video has already sent me a claim email. I guess they too can deduce that FedEx Help FedEx is useless. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

At this point I'm going to have to purchase my equipment at the big online store and lose the educational discount, which is hundreds of dollars if I ever want to get my gear. Thanks FedEx Help FedEx. #Trash

I don't even post on social media any more but obviously this is the only way to get them to even address my issues. It's easier to get to the moon then getting someone on the phone who can actually help me. FedEx Help FedEx

And the saga continues! Here's the "Address Corrected" nonsense. And like one of the only packages that I've received a week ago, that was over a week later, had the SAME damn address on the corrected address label. Major BS FedEx FedEx Help

BUT this one! This is the SECOND time they are sending this equipment back. SECOND time. I keep getting these DMs with excuses and apologies. I don't give a shit about apologies. I want the $Ks of equipment I purchased. FedEx FedEx Help

And the thing is FedEx FedEx Help doesn't really give a shit. This is the nature of capitalism. I'm one person on social media complaining about their shitty service but they aren't going to get better at customer service or hold their drivers accountable.

I'm going to now lose money because I have to buy this equipment from the dreaded big A instead of where I want to buy it, B&H Photo Video. Losing my educational discount. You wanna pay the difference FedEx FedEx Help ? Even if they agreed I won't trust them to actually do anything.

They can't do the one thing they're suppose to do. Deliver a damn package to a whole ass building. I will never willing use FedEx FedEx Help again. But losing one customer means nothing otherwise they would actually have found a solution to get my packages to me. #TRASH

And that is the end of my FedEx FedEx Help rant. I continue to praise B&H Photo Video for their wonderful customer service. Unfortunately FedEx FedEx Help has made buying from them through my university's B2B service impossible.
