اے فرشتو میرے اعمال نہ دیکھو ٹھہرو! پہلے پوچھو کہ محمدؐ کا ارادہ کیا ہے

کئے ہیں کچھ ایسے کرم دوستو نے کے اب زندگی کی تمنا نہیں ہے

مُلّاں چھڈ دے علم کتاباں دا ایویں چایا ای بھار عذاباں دا وضو کرلے شوق شراباں دا تیرے اندر بار پلیتی ایہہ

ہم خاک نشینوں کی ٹھوکر میں زمانہ ہے۔

کیا تماشہ ہو کہ خاموش کھڑی ہو دنیا میں چلوں حشر میں کہتے ہوا جاناں جاناں

دوزخ سے ہم اپنے نانا کی امت کو چھڑا کر پیتے ہیں

یہ میری جبین نیاز تھی کے جہاں دھری تھی دھری رہی

وہاں آپ آپ سے وصل تھا، وہاں آپ آپ سے تھا جدا

مجھ کو تو ہوش نہیں۔۔
