Taught my mathematicians how to play Hidden Treasure. They had to use ordered pairs to try to find their opponent’s “treasure”.

My 6th gr students loved Mathelogical Liar! They were given a case and had to determine who is guilty based on their incorrect mathematical thinking.

Ts we must do better! Stopped to get ☕️ & was wearing a math tshirt. A lady stops me & says, “I like your tshirt but I don’t like math”. Then she tells me she’s an elementary T!

This week I introduced a new game to my 6th gr mathematicians. They like challenging me. Next week we will be learning about probability. Think we might collect data to answer: What is the likelihood a S will beat Mrs. Jacobs?
