I’m working on applying schist to spatial data. First impressions is that using SBM (with some spatial prior) is realizing that this ain’t a butterfly or whatsoever but an ink spill instead. I hope to have some example published soon

The week ended realizing we had a wrong specification of barcode positions for DBiT AtlasXomics
Fixed that, now everything seems working. Spatial GET-seq is now a few steps afar.
