Almost three weeks later and I have still not has the phone or refund from O2 I paid a £200 deposit. O2 said it was a glitch and that my order is stuck. I asked for it to be cancelled. Was told I’d hear within 10 working days…nothing.

Just wondering if any of my disabled friends who are in receipt of Access to Work have had to wait ages to get a response about an ongoing claim? Four weeks later, and I’m still waiting for them to get back to me.

I just had a decision back from Access to Work Department for Work and Pensions telling me that my support hours are going to be reduced from 37 to 8. I am absolutely devastated as a disabled journalist having a support worker is vital and this is going to impact my job. Does anyone have any advice?
