Our “cool down” that is moving in for this week is expecting stay around into the beginning of September! The only caveat is that it will be dry, and some areas could use some rain.

Check out these morning temps. 50s in most areas! Enjoy mornings like this all week, with an even stronger front coming for the end of the week into next weekend. However it will be mostly dry & we need some rain. Best chance Thursday, but mostly west & south.

What a great Monday that we have in our region. Some clouds are increasing this afternoon, but no rain expected. Temps near 80 this afternoon, back to the 50s overnight. And these temperatures stay below average all week long. wkrn.com/weather?utm_me…

Cool is the rule for this week. Savor the sweet daytime highs in the 70s and low 80s, and night lows in the 50s (even some isolated 40s). Small rain chance by Thursday. wkrn.com/weather?utm_me…

Clouds are moving through this morning, but will be clearing out later today. More sunshine and another great day ahead with highs in the 70s to lower 80s. Chilly tonight, and continued mild through the end of the week. wkrn.com/weather?utm_me…

A beautiful afternoon is on tap! Highs today will be in the upper 70s and lower 80s. Right now, temperatures are a little cooler than they were yesterday. Comfortable weather persist through the end of the work week. wkrn.com/weather?utm_me…

It's going to be a lovely evening to get outside! Fall-like conditions last going into tomorrow and Thursday. Almost seasonal highs return by Friday and last through the holiday weekend in the mid to upper 80s. wkrn.com/weather?utm_me…

Although we reached 90 degrees this Friday afternoon, with the low humidity it still feels great outside! Your Labor Day Weekend Saturday & Sunday will continue to be nice with highs in the upper 80s and lows in the 50s and 60s, BUT rain chances return on the Labor Day holiday.

Although scattered rain chance creep back in late Labor Day afternoon, the 6-10 Day Outlook is mostly dry. Not much of a dent will be put into the Drought Monitor, as cooler and drier air prevails after Thursday.

So far, this Labor Day, scattered shower & storm activity has been in our east & southeast counties. Tuesday should bring a little more widespread coverage.
