NEW (w/Nikki Wentling): A 1st Special Forces Command spox tells me an investigation is underway after a Green Beret was pictured with an unauthorized helmet patch featuring a Nazi SS Totenkopf symbol. A National Guard SF unit originally posted (& deleted) the image.
