BC to repeal mask order tomorrow.

Masks will still be required in select settings, such as healthcare settings, physicians offices, etc., says Dr. Bonnie Henry. But optional in low-risk settings.

You will still be required to wear a mask in some health care settings, doctor’s offices and “patient contact areas” says Dr. Henry. Otherwise, it is optional. Recommended for people without two doses or without their booster, says Dr. Henry.

“While masks are no longer required or mandated under an order as of tomorrow some people in some locations will continue to use masks personally or in their business. And that’s okay. We need to support that. We need to recognize we all have our own risks and vulnerabilities.”
