Honestly can't tell how many rabbits, deers, squirrels and butterflies I saw on my weekend ride along the Louisville loop today... Even came across a baby snake!!! Beautiful nature in Kentucky.

As I was enjoying the sight of many deers during my ride, I just kept on going for more. Looking at my energy expenditure, I could enjoy a local burger :-) Be physically active, follow #ACSM recommendations for you and your kids! Exercise is Medicine. Happiness in KY fields.
