Dublin Road. Both cores have reached full height on the former Movie House site. 17 floors, 459 student bedrooms for Queen's University 🏗️

Newtownards Road. East Belfast Mission are proposing to convert the underused upper floors of their restore clothes shop into two flats

High Street. The scaffolding is starting to come down from Transport House after refurbishment work - the rooftop extension now visible

Dublin Road. Piling rig on site for the new Kainos PLC headquarters - 14 floors, 120k sq ft of office space. 17 storey Queen's University student block going up in the background

Great Victoria Street. The Great Northern Mall has been rebranded as Halt - the next phase of the Weavers Cross project. The food, drink & retail market opens Tuesday
