Water hydrants are the responsibility of the local govt. But our Lord Mayor has never met a catastrophe that he didn’t milk for lamenting, whining and public sympathy.

It’s quite misleading to assume that the more followers one has the more credible their opinions are. But small accounts can’t beat the allegations. The biggest time wasters. Small accounts and the occasional pseudo intellectual, usually lawyers.

I can’t help but wonder, do the names Mpuuga and Ssegoona share the same totem/clan.?? Anyone know? Please assist. Serious answers only. I don’t want games.
