Back from a whirlwind vacation which included taking in the Toronto Blue Jays hammering of the Athletics 12-0 on Thursday night!

Our annual visit to Stratford Festival has sadly come to an end - luckily I’m left with great memories and a new t-shirt!

I like the parallels here with what we call “harassing fire missions” in the field artillery. Having been out of the field force for some time I’m not sure if we still practice them. A detachment commander is issued orders to proceed to a grid location in the dead of night.
