Commander of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces, Robert “Magyar” Brovdi, confirms strikes on Russia’s oil refineries: Kuybyshevskiy (Samara) and Afipsky (Krasnodar). In just two weeks, Russia’s fuel output has dropped by 21%. Last night alone saw another 4.7% cut.

Preliminary analysis of the attack on the Afipsky Oil Refinery in Russia’s Krasnodar region suggests the target was a gas and condensate co-processing unit. The hit appears successful, with visible damage. Notably, this facility had been targeted in previous attacks as well.
