Love my little garage gym but sometimes go to nearby gyms for fun. The thing I notice are ppl who just kinda wander from one thing to the next. They want to be at the gym but need direction. The best thing I can recommend is to get a trainer and invest in yourself #wehackhealth

Unlocked a new cardio achievement last Thursday - 11 hours in the Florida sun pushing a wheelchair around Epic Universe. It may not be the life we planned but it's the life we have, and I wouldn't trade a second of it. Also means no skipping leg day😅

Stranger Things nailed the landing. I binged the series over the last month and am glad I did. Whole thing felt like a D&D campaign. I believe.

Colonoscopy screening (due to age) today didn't have the best outcome so now I await biopsy results and preemptively get to schedule a surgery and scans. Not how I saw my day going. Don't want to freak family out if it turns out to be nothing so I'm on here yelling into the void.

February and March both have a Friday the 13th. Do with that what you will.
