Laurel Ries is a St. Paul physician and president MnMedAssociation. She's urging lawmakers to expand a list of common, non-emergency treatments that don’t require permission from health insurers. She spoke at a recent Minnesota Senate hearing about the impact of prior authorization. #mnleg
