3 years ago today I decided to make a lifestyle change. I dropped from 280lbs. to 180lbs. And today I just beat a personal goal and ran 7 miles in 1 hour averaging 8:45 mins a mile! Couldn’t be prouder of the progress I’ve made!

Felt good to get back on the bike today after such a long winter. So good in fact I beat another personal best. Over 15 miles in an hour! Special shout out to Dan Young ™️ Beating your time today was my motivation! It wasn’t easy.
