We just added 50 more tickets to the first annual Exit Five event (Drive) this September in Burlington, VT.

And no! This is not an annoying little marketing play...

2 weeks ago we sold out 150 tickets in 24 hours.

We had 100+ candidates apply for a Content Marketing role at Exit Five.

Majority of the applicants:

- Had no relevant experience in the field
- Did not show any results or specific examples
- Spent two minutes filling out the application, sprinkled in some jokes and move on

Short form content informs long form content.

There isn't 'social media' and 'marketing' any more.

Social media is marketing.

And you can either hire people who understand this or get lapped by your competitors who do.

The only thing that matter is the feedback loop.
