Hi Warren. Under the Canada-US reciprocal operating treaty, you are supposed to add the “/W8” AFTER your Canadian call sign (ie., “VA3WEB/W8”). I’m not familiar enough with APRS to suggest a workaround if you can’t modify your call sign in APRS.
