Started seeing an odd trend recently (particularly at MS) where people with very little industry experience (graduate/1-3 years) are called Solution Architects. Is this normal? Not being a techie I can't say with any certainty, but aren't SA's meant to be seasoned experts?

Said it before and will say it again - there's no event/conference like SQLBits across the industry and other areas of MS community are just starting to catch up. If you can, you should attend this. The career development that comes from this is immeasurable!
