The crazy thing about dashing is, I’m never late to pick up the food. I always blame the driver/deliverer when the food is late, but now I realize it’s the restaurant to blame.

Mind you, there are some awesome restaurants that have the food ready nearly immediately so I can get going quickly to deliver your food.

Slow night shaping up downtown, so I took a selfie shoot with my new Siroko 😎

Even though there are “prime times” to DoorDash, it’ll never be 100% consistent. Too many factors at play. Sometimes it’s busiest at 11pm, sometimes it’s busiest at 3pm. It’s unpredictable. The best thing you can do is increase your odds by checking in as much as possible.

At a restaurant for a pick up. It’s got strict measures, only pick up thru an order window to reduce contact etc. Dude just stuck his entire head INTO the window and yelled his order. I’m in tears 😂

If you have a low #DoorDash Customer Rating, it’s not always your fault. Some customers, no matter the lengths you go for them, will always be dissatisfied. People who’ve had to deal with customers before know this.
