Wanted this for ages mostly because the cover is incredible

I've picked up the debt brief @citizensadvice for a few months. My early thoughts are that key aspects of this sector seems to be designed to keep people in debt rather than help them get back on their feet. Which benefits precisely nobody. Here's 5 things which stand out:
