Acl Friday! Careful with quad tendon, it is much much bigger car to put in garage than PT. 2-3x larger than PT. Patient 1 year out lacks 15 of extension. Had to open the garage to make room for the SUV XL!😳😳

Truth, however as a division 1 team doc on the sidelines for 28 years, can’t tell you how many events I missed for my 3 children, wife was a single mom every fall with kids sports. BUT, my adult children now look back and understand my commitment. I never loved them any less!!!

Yes, but you can’t measure the biomechanical affect on stability in protecting your acl graft, MM for AP, LM for rotation. Can’t remember last time I did 29881 for primary ACL. I believe they are that important, that is different than chondroprotection!
