We have reached a day when merit.... no longer has much (if any) merit. When a person is committed to merit, it often results in having a bullseye on your back. Instead of people respecting meritorious individuals, they seek to discredit and disavow. Everything is so backwards.

The fact this company would even dream of paying a UX Senior Associate $104k is a sign something is grossly off in today's UX market. Shameful. And for those who'd say this is a senior entry-level job: 1) That's just an act of coddling and/or 2) 165k???!!! Still shameful.
