Absolutely wild the difference a good night sleep vs. bad affects my attitude the following day.

My kids ride their bikes to school and do 100 mile club before school and on the days they don’t, we go early and play catch.

2hr ride and I think I solved all my life’s problems 😂 Get outside and move!

Doing it at the right pace can be boring if you're not in the right mindset. Most won't be able to hack it & will screw things up looking for a more "exciting" approach.
