First concept for 龙小骄(Mei). She comes from the royal but strict & serious dragon family, however it does't affect her coolness & cuteness at all. I really like the Chinese name we given to her, it hints her origin (white horse) also shows she is a lovely proud girl at heart.

Red son first concept. With famously feared parents, as the controller of SamadhiFire, and the future of the baddies in JTTW, he is actually a rebellious boy under all kinds of pressure. He contradicts parents, wants to prove himself but also cares about his family and friends.

LMK S5 is (sort of...) out now! Here is the Nine-headed Demon concept. Color blocking & final design done by amazing Graphic Master Paul C. Turcanu from LMK team. Lower right are the different phases recommendation we designed with Wildbrain.

S2 RED SON concept never been used. His heart was filled with anger, unwillingness, tears and self-blame, which also caused the Samadhi Fire in him to completely burst out. Happy Friday... :)

Concept art for Spider Queen and her crew is here. It was a bold move, it's the first time to create villains are not based on the original book. The popularity of these characters gave us more confidence and courage in character design and creation in the later seasons.

White Bone Demon concept art. She is cruel, insidious, vicious, and good at manipulating people. As we all know, she was beaten 3 times in JTTW, so she'd been designed in 3 stages to match 80028 the WBD model made by Justin Ramsden and graphic design done by Paul Turcanu.

LMK S5 Key Visual. It is for introducing the idea of the new season, so with one drawing, it needs to include good & bad minifigures, models, missions and locations. Also this poster is to set up the TOV and starting point for everyone in the process.

LMK S4 Key visual. MK & Mei desperately chose to jump into the ink vortex created by the scroll and travel back to one of the most dangerous locations in the original Journey to the West - Shituoling to face the powerful trio: Azure Lion, Yellowtusk Elephant and Goldwing Eagle.
