Hi all, Some reflections: This election is shaping up to be extremely close. The polls show an essentially tied race in the swing states. Though Harris’ favorables are up, so are Trump’s. Soothsayers can make plausible claims for either side’s advantage based on the early vote

The actual political centrists are historic republican voters who are voting for Harris this time around. I think there's gonna be more of them than people think - and I think a lot are (rightfully) scared to admit it publicly.

News flash: On Tuesday night, regardless of what the vote tallies say, Trump will declare victory.  He will claim the only reason he may lose is “vote stealing.” Undermining the legitimacy of an election is how demagogues destroy faith in democracy. Kamala for President.

The biggest lesson of 2024, IMO: Campaigns ads don't matter (studies agree), but the media space does. The right has content mills churning out braindead slop. They're popular. They work. Dems should plough their massive warchests into progressive & liberal media.
